Droplets in Turbulence
Interface-resolved simulations of how turbulent eddies stretch, deform and break droplets.
Sprays, emulsions and clouds all depend on how droplets break up in turbulence. We use volume-of-fluid simulations to resolve the interface and track breakup events across a wide range of Weber numbers.
